So you want to have a house or place of business? First off, read the house rules! HERE

Once you've had a look at that, here's what you need to do when you send in the housing request to the indicated email.

For each room, we need:

1) The name of the room, including any color coding and the number of NPCs that can be expected on average (the last bit is mostly for businesses).

2) A description of the room.

3) What other rooms it is linked to, and in which direction.

4) Which exits have doors, and which doors should be locked. Please bear in mind that the average building only needs one or two keys: for the main door and/or a private room.

For the whole place, we will need:

1) Where in the city you want the place located. Pick a street, at the very least.

2) A one to three line description of what the place looks like from the outside, to be added to the street description where it connects.

3) Any special notes that we should be aware of. Hidden rooms, retainer guards, boobie-traps, etc etc.
